Dwight Howard was an eight-time All-NBA selection, an NBA champion, and an Olympic gold medalist during his basketball career. Howard entered the NBA straight out of high school (Southwest Atlanta Christian Academy) and went on to enjoy an accomplished 18-year career in the league. The powerful center/power forward was a top defender, rebounder, and shot blocker. Dwight was also an effective scorer, finishing his career with a 0.587 shooting percentage, one of the top marks in NBA history.
